mScanner Terms of Use

By using mScanner (“the app”) you accept these terms. The app is provided by MY İŞLETME DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

1. Licence to use

You may use the app to scan and manage personal or business documents. Copying, selling, reverse engineering or abusing the app is not allowed.

2. Free version and mScanner Pro

Scanning, cropping, basic filters and PDF are free. mScanner Pro is a subscription that unlocks the extra features listed in the app:

• Purchases are made through your Google Play or App Store account; price and currency are shown by the store.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and the charge is made to your store account.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in the store's account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Where a free trial is offered, the paid subscription starts unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Refunds follow the store's rules.
• When the subscription ends your documents are not deleted; only Pro features are turned off.

3. Your documents

Your documents are stored on your device and you are responsible for their content. Losing or resetting the device, or uninstalling the app, can lose your documents; we recommend exporting important documents as PDF and keeping backups. The PIN-protected folder hides documents; it does not encrypt them.

4. Text recognition and AI

Text recognition (OCR) and AI results can be wrong. Check them against the original document before relying on them for legal, financial or official decisions.

5. Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from its use.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is published in the app and on our website. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
